I learned that we can activate Third-Party Calculated Shipping Rates (Carrier Calculated Shipping) for stores subscribed to our annual subscriptions. I have changed my billing cycle to an annual one on my Home Décor store - Expressmicasa.com (yolo-356.myshopify.com). I am struggling so much to figure out where to contact shopify to get it activated for me. Please can you assist?

You are absolutely correct that choosing to pay for your subscription annually allows you access to our Carrier Calaculed Shipping feature, free of charge. In order to get this activated, you will have ytor each out to our lvie support to have this activated.
Our live support via phone, chat or email can be reached via our support portal here. Simply type your query into the "ask about a topic" bar, then hit continue to support to access.It's important not to skip this step, because if you do , you can appear to get stuck in a loop of help documents instead of live support. Here's a video showing the steps in action.

As for your question - shjo. I am so new at this and have such great dreams for it. I am a successful executive wanting to get out of the rat race and drive my own financial independence growing and nurturing entrepreneurial ventures. I have two stores, a general one - expressmeyolo.com and a décor one - expressmicasa.com. The general one was my first try at one and I think I did ok, but in developing the second, only learned about facebook marketing. Still learning and it is getting great traffic - but for some reason I am not converting at all. I don't know if it has to do with being in SA. But I am troubleshooting and researching online and making tweak after tweak, hoping I will get there soon. Any tips or help to understand what my store is short of or not landing well on will be helpful. I even thought I should find someone that could evaluate it and give me advice.
