We have been receiving this message for quite some time. At first, and according to Shopify support, our distribution listing needed updated. That has been updated and the unsupported message remains. We have been going back and forth for weeks with support to no resolution. At least 2 support test stores have installed our app according to our logs but still no resolution. We are up to date on APIs and webhooks so that can't be the issue.
At this point we have an app in the app store that is being blocked by Shopify without explanation. This is very detrimental to an app developer. We have worked hard to comply with all Shopify app development requirements and the fact that no one can tell us what is wrong should discourage anyone from developing Shopify apps.
Hey @brianb1 i can imagine this is a very frustrating situation but hopefully someone from the customer support team would likely see this and help you out because I know someone who was in a similar situation and got help here. Also, just to cross check have you had a look at the official Shopify manual as to all the possible reasons as to why the app could have been blocked.
