This app isn't compatible with your store

I am a Shopify App developer and have successfully published an App on Shopify. When requesting a review, I added some Geographic Restrictions so that the app can only work when the address is in the USA and the currency is USD. 
 
I want to remove these restrictions as several people are requesting to use the app from other countries and in other default currencies. Does anyone know how to do that?

I requested a review by creating a new app and not entering geographical restrictions, but it was rejected because the same app was already published.

Please help.
