Tic tok saying item out of stock on Shopify
I am setting up my pipeline for a tic tok page I run. I hats, shirts, stickers, etc. All items are drop shipped from printify to Shopify to tic tok. On the shopify product, I have un-checked the “track quantity” option, but tic tok is saying the product is out of stock. I tried to figure out a solution on tic tok’s end, but it says the product quantity is synced with Shopify and can not be changed. How can this be fixed?
