Tiered Loyalty System based on Customer tags eg wholesale and retail

I have a store that offers both wholesale a retail pricing based on a manually set tag against the customer. I need to implement a loyalty system that could be configured independently for the retail customers and the wholesale customer.

Hi @BryanPal we (Spaaza) should be able to help here. One of our custom app customers (a big sailing gear brand) uses the same mechanism to run loyalty for individual consumers and distributors in parallel:

• Tag customers with different tags in Shopify store
• Set up loyalty levels in Spaaza "Console" admin interface (see Spaaza website and documentation for some more details on the various options)
• Match loyalty levels in Spaaza to tags in Shopify customer
• Apply promotional campaigns in Spaaza to loyalty levels
• (Optionally) further refine promotional campaigns to target more granular segments within your retail and wholesale customers

What kind of size of store do you have? There might be a small amount of help needed to show you how to set this up in the Spaaza interface.

looks like Spazza is a great app with plenty of features. In this case the client doesn't need a lot of the functionality and the pricing would probably be a bit prohibitive for what they need.
