Tik Tok Pixel App not compatible

Hello,

I want to start TikTok ads from TikTok Pixel the problem is when i try to instal the APP it says "Not Compatible".

I research about that but without a solution. Can Someone tell me how to Install the App to Create a TikTok Pixel and start to advertise my products in TikTok.

I'am waiting for a solution of my problem.
