Hello, I have connected and attempted the syncing of my products between Shopify and TT on the TT for Shopify app. My TT Shop orders are showing up in the TT for Shopify app but shows I need to map them. When i go to map them, an error message pops up reading, "invalid params; detail:outer product has already been linked to another tts product"
I am not sure what to do at this point and would appreciate some guidance.

It sounds like you're running into an issue where your products are already linked to a TikTok product, and the system isn't allowing you to map them again. This happens when a product in your TikTok Shop is already associated with a product in Shopify, but the mapping might not have been set up correctly or there’s a duplicate conflict.
Here’s what you can do to fix it:

Shopify Product: "Black T-Shirt"
TikTok Product: "Black T-Shirt"
Status: Not Linked
Action: Click “Map” to connect the two
Error: "Invalid Params; Detail: Outer product has already been linked to another TTS product"
If all else fails and you’re still stuck, it could be a bug in the TikTok for Shopify app, and reporting it to TikTok or Shopify support might be the best route.

I am really struggling with this issue. I have been working to fix the problem for a week. Nothing I try works, I cannot find the option to unlink the product. Also it only shows me a deleted 'old' version of the product listing and not the current live listing.
Is there anything I can try?
