Tools for building Google Ads search campaigns?

Sup Shopify’ers,

I was thinking about driving more traffic to my store with search ads. I have some shopping ads already. Do you run search ads for your shop?

Also I want to somehow export my shop data to use for keywords and ads for the search campaigns. Has anyone been able to do that? Any tools to recommend?

Aori just launched a new search campaign building tool for shopify, but want to know about any others.
