Track Customer login and send the device information to customer email

I want to create an app that can track frontend user login. Want to track the following things:- 
1)  User has been successfully login or login has been failed
2) Track the reset password success or not.

I want to track the information that should be sent to the related account email like a new account has been login from this device at this device etc just like Facebook, Shopify partner, etc send.
