Track discount codes based on new customer use vs repeat use

I have several brand reps with unique discount codes - I want to be able to track the code use by new customer and by repeat customers. This way we can offer insentives for reps to generate sales from new customers.

You mentioned that you have many brand representatives with unique discount codes, and would like to be able to track their performance via new and repeat customers. Luckily, there are many ways to approach this situation. 

We do have a native solution to this via the sales reports. Please note, that you must be on the Shopify plan or higher to have access to the required reports. You can monitor the times that a discount code was used by simply heading over to the Discounts section on your admin for quick access. For a more in depth review, you can navigate to your reports and select the "Sales By Discount." option. From there, you can set up the columns to show you information about the order as well as the discount code used. Here is a great resource that goes into more detail about this. 

Alternatively, there are a few third party apps that I would recommend as they may be exactly what you are looking for. The Better Reports app allows you to build custom reports and track sales by discount code. I'd also suggest checking out the Affiliate Marketing Program, Influencer Affiliate Marketing, and Affiliatly Affiliate Marketing apps as they all have unique functionalities to easily track the sales & signup made through their discount codes. Additionally, you can also set up incentives to reward your affiliates through the app.
