Transferring output from Bulk Operations from Shopify GCS bucket to our GCS bucket

Hi folks. I submit a bulk operation request and then listen for a message that it's done. That message has an ID that I then use to look up the location of the data. I get back a URL that I can hit to download the data. I get that much.

My question is... The URL shows the data is in a Google Cloud Storage bucket. Is it possible to copy straight from Shopify's GCS bucket to our GCS bucket? I know there is a Google Transfer Service that can move things from GCS bucket to GCS bucket, but not sure there's a way to use that here bc of permissioning issues for the Shopify bucket.

OR is the only way to do it to download via the URL and then upload to our GCS bucket?
