Translate and Adapt: lost translation

Hi All, 

I have been using the shopify's Translate and Adapt app for the last 1.5 year, it was running smooth, no issues. Today I tried to incorporate one other translation tool, because I needed to translate a review app that doesn't support the Translate and Adapt. I was told by the support on their chat, that I can use this second translation app only for the reviews and the rest will stay translated under Translate and Adapt. Unfortunately that didn't proove to be true, and now all my translation is lost. Is there still any chance to retrieve it? It's going to be now a lot of work to translate everything back, so in case there was a chance to get the full page translated back I would be really thankful.
