Translating Kiwi Size Chart App Content Without Affecting Existing Translations

Hi Shopify Community,

I’ve been using the Translate and Adapt app to manually translate my store into Arabic, and I’ve successfully completed all translations for my website. However, I’m now trying to translate the content from the Kiwi Size Chart app, and it seems that Shopify’s translation tool has limitations and can’t access or modify the content from the size chart app.

My question is:

• Can I use a separate translation app specifically for translating the size chart content without affecting the existing translations done via Translate and Adapt?
• If not, what’s the best approach to handle this issue while keeping all translations consistent?

Hi @Omar1994!

I’ve run into a similar issue before, and I found that Langify works well for translating content like the Kiwi Size Chart app. The Translate & Adapt app seems to work in some stores and not in others. I’ve also tested G | translate, and it worked fine for me. You might also want to check out this "Does Kiwi Provide Translation Services?"  article for more info on what works with the app.
