Translation won't show

I am trying to update both English and Chinese version of my shipping and return policy page. English version updated nicely but the Chinese translation won't show. I tried to update in both the "policy" section and update it as a page, but the translate still won't show at front-end. the changes are saved and can be seen on back-end. What can I do to update and make the Chinese version show?

Actually I have tried the method offered, but it didn't work. Any insight on the reason for the issue?
