Treasure Data App connection with Shopify

I have an issue connecting my store with the Treasure Data app (Consumer Data Platform). I have created API credentials and am using them for the plugin, but it's not passing any data from the store.

The main goal to send the orders and consumers I receive in my store to the Treasure Data app which serves as my database.
