Trendsi just stopped disconnected from their end, the support person told me to uninstall, however when I checked it was not there?

I was told to uninstall Trendsi.  Once I tried to re-install, I couldn't because it said it wasn't compatible with my shop because I ship to the US.  They are working on fixing this.
