Trouble connecting TikTok shop

When I log into my TikTok account when connecting it to my Shopify through the TikTok app I get stuck on this loading screen and it never loads.

I have tried 2 different browsers.

Any help greatly appreciated!

• Incognito/Private Browse Mode: This temporarily disables most extensions and uses a fresh cache/cookie session, which can rule out interference from browser add-ons.
• Check TikTok Account Type: Make sure the TikTok account you are logging into is a TikTok for Business.
• Check Permissions: When you log in via the pop-up, TikTok asks for permission to connect to Shopify. Make sure you are allowing all requested permissions.
