Trouble installing and using Shopify Inbox

Hi everyone,

I tried installing the Inbox app for my store, but it's not showing up on my store and when I'm trying access the settings for Inbox I get an error. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks to both @StudioEnchant and @Mac for their suggestions 🙌

It seems it just took a few hours for it to "connect" or install correctly. I was fiddling with it for an hour or two before going to bed where nothing worked, and when I woke up, it seemed to be working fine. So it seems it might just need up to a few hours to boot up for a new store? At least that was my experience 🙂 
Leaving this here as the answer in case anyone else finds this useful.

We have not received any reports of this at the moment. This could possibly be a local issue so let's try a few troubleshooting steps to rule that out:

  • Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
  • Try a different web browser to rule out any browser issues. 
  • When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look. 
  • Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example)
  • Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop up blockers enabled on the device as these can interfere.
