To fix the "Something went wrong" error when connecting Instagram and Facebook to Shopify:

1. Ensure Instagram is a Business Account and linked to a Facebook Business Page.
2. Check Facebook and Instagram Integration in Facebook Business Manager.
3. Verify Facebook Channel is added and connected in Shopify.
4. Clear browser cache or try incognito mode.
5. Reinstall Facebook Channel in Shopify if needed.
