Unable to log in to the Shopify app on my iPhone or iPad.

I consistently get an "incorrect password" error when trying to log in on my iPhone or iPad app. The password is NOT incorrect, it works just fine on my laptop. I'd Like to be able to access our Shopify account when on the go...
