Finally, for now; can you confirm which Geolocation app you are using, the one created by Shopify, or any of the third-party app options available in our store?
If you're using our own, Shopify Geolocation app; can you check to see if you meet the requirements for using that app laid out here on our help site?

Thank you for posting your answer. I am having the same issues. The app indicates that my brocer has cookies and after deleting them all and restarting the lap still is unable to download the shopify geolocation app on my store.
Any other suggestions ?
