Hello everyone,
I'm finishing my website and when I'm using the app to translate it in english and dutch, I see it is not possible if I'm using a 3rd party app.

I'm using an app to show a simulation of the product and a description app, could anyone help me on how I could translate the fields in these apps ?

You mentioned you are using third-party apps to implement your product simulations, and the translations, is that correct? If I have understood correctly, your translation app is correctly translating everything, except the custom fields produced by the simulation app?

Yes you understood correctly !
The third party app I'm using for the simulation is called "product personalizer" and the app I'm using for the translation is "translate my store".
If you look at my website now, you can see that I managed to translate most field now, but the only fields I still didn't manage to translate was the dropdown fields and the hover text for the fixation and border fields for the product which are still in french...

Do you think there is a solution to translate these fields ?

In this case, I highly recommend that you connect with each App's Developer directly for specific troubleshooting. Since this requires two third-party app codes to work in conjunction, each app's developer can provide further guidance on specific recommendations needed to make this happen.
