App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Hi, for some reasons I was not able to verify my shop on fb and ig channels.
Hello @Selenatruong,
Greetings from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $6Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot! I am Gina, and I am here to help.
If you are having trouble verifying your Shopify store on Facebook and Instagram channels, here are some steps you can take.
1. Make sure that you have set up your Facebook and Instagram accounts properly and that you have linked them to your Shopify store. You can do this by going to your Shopify admin, navigating to the "Sales Channels" section, and then clicking on "Facebook" or "Instagram" to connect your accounts.
2. Check to see if your domain has been added and verified in your Facebook Business Manager account. To do this, go to your Facebook Business Manager, navigate to "Business Settings," and then click on "Domains." If your domain is not listed, you will need to add it by clicking on the "Add" button.
3. Ensure that your domain has been properly set up with the correct DNS records. To verify this, you can use a DNS checker tool, such as MXToolBox or DNS Checker, to ensure that your domain has the correct DNS records for Facebook and Instagram verification.
4. Make sure that your Facebook and Instagram accounts meet the eligibility requirements for verification. For example, you must have a business account on Instagram with a minimum of 10,000 followers to be eligible for verification.
If you have tried all of the above steps and are still having trouble verifying your store, you can contact Facebook or Instagram support for assistance. You can reach out to them through the Facebook Business Help Center or the Instagram Help Center.

Hi, @Selenatruong!
Thanks for reaching out in our Community Forums and for sharing your concern, I’d be happy to help.
I understand that you weren't able to verify your Instagram and Facebook channels with your Shopify account. Firstly, I suggest going over the Basic requirements and Channel eligibility to ensure that you're meeting the criteria to be eligible. You can also review the status of your verification on the Meta Sales Channel or Commerce Manager to see why your account was unable to be verified. Feel free to share more information regarding this and I'd be happy to assist you further.
Once you're able to resolve your verification issue, I'd love to chat with you more about your business! I see you're a new community member and it sounds like you may still be in the process of setting up your store. If you're interested, we have some great resources to help you get started. What stage are you at in setting up your store?
Please feel free to let me know here if you need any further assistance.
