Understanding tiers and basic vocabulary for billing tiers, where are they found

I'm fairly new to Shopify, just started Friday as a new dev for a company that manages a Shopify app. I need help finding some basic things relating to tiers. We are trying to expand an app that didn't have tiers before to have two tiers. So right now everybody is paying $15. We want there to be the option to buy the Pro plan for $99 as well. Where in the Partner dashboard do I find where tiers are configured, and what kinds of terms do I need to learn to better use the help documentation? Are these called subscriptions or tiers or plans or billing options or what. Looking for some real basic guidance.
