unsupported app

i have an app used for permissions only to custom website.

i got a message it is no longer supported . i dont know what and why made it unsupported .

how can i know the reason and how can i fix it?

Did you receive that message directly in your Shopify admin? 

This app is using expires Shopify API version so you got that message. This message will disappear when developers of that app update Shopify API version.

I am the developer and i dont know what to update.. this app is used only to enable permissions for my website (which is custom made) i dont know what to update as i dont get any info about it
