Upload custom image and remove background

Is there an app that you can upload a photo and it will remove the background of the customers uploaded photo. I've been searching for days and can't find anything.

This looks like it's for android and Ios. I'm not seeing it in the shopify apps.

It is fair Android. They have props just for Shopify. Think Google play has it.
