Urgent help with Easyship app to calculate shipping fees

URGENT!

I am launching tomorrow and having issues with shopify connecting with Easyship app. It tells me “there are no carries or apps available for this zone”. 

on easyship it’s telling me to pay an additional $20 monthly to my shopify monthly plan which I upgraded to today!
