Use Shopify Flow to tag Orders from Facebook ads

just installed Flow, loving it so far, can see how it would be really helpful! 

one thing i'd like to do is tag orders that have come in through our Facebook ads, I was hoping there would be an if condition where if UTM source = ad then tag order? Or perhaps there's another workaround!
Any thoughts? TIA!

If you can't find a solution with Flow, people do this same thing with Order Automator app. You can create rules based on order data to tag orders.
