Using Appointment Date as a Condition in Flow by Shopify

Hello! Does anyone know how to use the appointment date from BookThatApp as a workflow condition in Flow by Shopify? We are trying to send notification to the customers 2 weeks before their appointment date.

Do they have an API or set a metafield on the ordrer?

I don't think they have metafield. They have "beta" API where we have to request access to.
