My store is not live yet. I have recently had theprintspace update 2 profiles within the creative hub app. However, when I test the shipping checkout. It does not calculate the shipping from these new profiles (it says that I have to look at the locations) that they have created. I want to hear if anyone has experienced this before. And if the "shipping from" within the creative app was set to "theprintspace" or "to their address"?
I have attached two screenshots. One where it is shipping from (A1 profile) "theprintspace" and calculates the shipping at checkout and the second (A2 profile - they setup) is shipping from "my address" and this does not calculate the shipping at checkout.
