Using Impulse Theme: Changing the thumbnail image on my Collections doesn't work - Help :)

When I change the thumbnail image on my Collections it doesn't actually change. I contacted Shopify and chatted with Jasper and he confirmed that while doing so worked on the Dawn theme he couldn't get it to work on the Impulse theme.

I'll send two files showing you what the current collection screen shows and what I was trying to change it to.

Yes, I uploaded a thumbnail and I did click Save.

As you can see, three of my collections are displaying the SAME thumbnail.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your suggestions but I did what you suggested and it's still happening. I even looked at my site from a computer I know has never been on the site and the images are still there despite my having manually changed them.
