We have a store selling reusable bottles available in various colors with different lid options, for example A and B. We also sell these lids (A and B) as standalone products. Managing inventory for these lids has become challenging because these lids are selling as standalone products and in combination with the bottles as well.
I am looking for any recommendations for an app that can synchronize the inventory of lids across these products

Your concerns can be easily addressed with the Easify Product Options app.
You can create lids as standalone products and then incorporate them as custom options for the bottles using the app (using the Add-on Product feature). This eliminates the need to create lids as Shopify options and variants of bottles as usual.
This setup allows you to sell lids separately or include them as part of bottle products seamlessly 🤗. The lid options created within the app and the standalone lid products are essentially treated as one, drawing from the same inventory. Therefore, you won't have to worry about inventory synchronization issues.

The issue is that I'm already using one app to customize products and I have created variants using that app so I won't be able to use another for creating the same variants. The only thing I want is to link the lids, which is a standalone product, to the variants of other separate products..
Alternatively, can the inventory of one product (lid) by synced with another product (bottle). For instance, if someone purchases one bottle, the lid's quantity will decrease by one. However, since the lid is a separate product, its quantity should also adjust accordingly if someone purchases it separately.
