Vertex Tax App (28535783425) blocking vertex ui pages

we are facing issue in our vertex app since 9/18 morning while opening any vertex ui pages thru it. This issue was not coming before then. Other Vertex apps (stage/preprod) are still working.

also, in ui console getting this error

Just confirming recently (within 5-6 days) did shopify pushed any changes(CSP security rules)?

More findings: Even when I modified stage app url with localhost:8080 it started breaking, when I again reverted it back with stage domain address it started working again. It seems from app side there is no issue, only some extra rule might be applied so that shopify embedded polaris frame blocks 'localhost:8080'. Pls let us know the workaround
