Vinyl lettering designer

Hi,

I´m looking for a plugin/app or whatever where a customer design and order custom vinyl lettering.

I want them to be able to choose fonts, a pre determined set of colors, size of the decal in millimeters, mirror the text and distort it(wave, bend etc.) and also choose from a library of vector graphics.

It also needs to update the price depending on size and color.
