hello there i think i have a virus in my admin it freezes up on me won't let save anything  is there some thing i can do to fix this problem it was fine last week thanks dswatson/ dshomegood

This is Lana from Shopify Support. I can see you are having some issues with your admin so I wanted to help you out.

From what you're describing, it sounds like this issue could be related to the cache and cookies on your browser. Could you try to clear your cache on the Google Chrome browser following these steps here and see if that is an improvement?

If it does not help, please do tell me more about what you are seeing and include any screenshots if you can of examples to show where it freezes or does not let you save.
