Volume tier discounts show also on collection page product grid?

Is there any app than can do this? 

Basically in collection page, where there's all products with in that collection, I can show a chart of pricing tier based on volume right under title.

Our app, BYOB can support tiered discounts. Not exactly showing a chart. But you can take a look at our sample bundle to see if it's suitable.

In case you haven't found a solution yet, you can create a tiered / quantity break discount using Simple Discounts. The app doesn't yet help with any front end components like the chart you mentioned but it could be a feature we add in the future.
