want to create an app for product having width and height, have a question

Good day, all

I need to create and app for selling things like roof tiles or textile.

The thing is that such goods selling by sq m. So, what I want is to add to product page two fields: width and height.

But I'm stuck on how could I sell for example 3.5 sq m of roof tiles with price per m2 $10 for example?

Should I create a dynamic product for that with custom prices or there is a better solution for this? Is there any docs regarding this matter?

You can create variants for weight and height
