We want to use product metadata for our App page

1. We want to use product metadata for our product page app

2. We need a grid to display a list with search, filter, and pagination features. However, due to the limitations in accessing product metadata (meta fields contain JSON), we are unable to use this data for grid. Additionally, there is a limit of 250 products.

3. As an alternative, we are planning to populate app metadata with the product name and some additional important data.

4. The challenge we face is synchronizing the data between the app metadata and the product metadata.

Example: If we add data to the product metadata and, in parallel, also add a corresponding row in the app  metadata, we need to ensure that if a product is deleted or its metadata values are removed, all data in the app metadata for that product is also deleted.
