Webhook failures and delays problem - not showing in logging

Hi there,


Since March 11, the webhooks dashboard is telling us that it's failed to send a high % of orders/paid webhooks to our system.


However, when we open the detailed log - we can't see any webhooks that weren't responded to with a 200.


On further inspection, it looks like webhooks that should have fired / been sent when someone paid for an order (causing an orders/paid webhook to fire) are not appearing in the shopify webhook logs, nor are being sent to our system.

These webhooks are slowly starting to feed in now, but are delayed by upwards of 24 hours. This is causing havoc as our system relies on timely and reliable orders/paid webhooks to be fired the moment the customer makes a purchase.


Looking at twitter / the slack community - it seems as if others are having similar issues - is someone from Shopify able to give us an update as to what's going on?
