Webhook subscriptions

Received the following email from Shopify. Based on the work flow support provided i was able to confirm there are not webhooks set up at this time. 

-Settings

-Notifications 

-Webhooks 

HELP! what does this mean? 

Webhook subscriptions will be deleted if failures persist. One or more of your webhooks have been failing. Webhook subscriptions will be automatically deleted for any webhook deliveries that continue to fail over the next 48 hours.

To fix this issue, use the tools provided from your server or debug from your logs. The most recent failure was: orders/fulfilled
