Webhooks failing

Hello!

We are facing problem when webhooks are failing. We received email about failing webhook. Everything worked fine, but all of a sudden it stopped working.

Let me give you some information how we set it up:    

1. We create Webhooks by using Rest API.

2. When checking through Rest API we can see new webhooks but from UI side we don't see them. 

3. When we create products in our system webhook with products / create topic is not triggered.

What can be the issue here? Any help will be appreciated
