Hello,
i have the same problem as in this thread https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-apps/webhook-response-503-service-unavailable/td-p/1161153
That is, my Webhook endpoint gets never called by Shopify and in the Partner Dashboard logs i see 503 Unavailable on 100% of the calls.
My whole certificate chain seems to be there, as it can be checked on https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=brandly.co.za
The problem maybe is that the LetsEncrypt's Root CAs are not trusted, and i'd need to get some better certificate like Comodo.
Before buying it, i wanted to ask you: Would that solve the issue with certainty? So is Let's Encrypt to blame ?

SOLVED. Actually the SSL chain was not correct.
@EvolCorr How did you solve it? My SSL is showing correctly in the ssl checker too
