Website moving on its own - which app can be changing the layout

Hi there,

I am changing my website theme to Showcase theme and some app is changing the theme's layout.

The website is moving on its own! When I select a product, the site starts shrinking after a few seconds. What app could be causing this? The support didn't know but said it is an app causing this. Big job going through all the apps!

Any leads at all?

Can you share your store URL? Also the list of apps that you're using?

If I can take a look at these then I might get you a recommendation

Hi there,

Thank you so much.

The website is not live yet (or it is but the current theme works fine).

The new theme which I'm currently working on is called Showcase. I don't
know if that helps at all but the pages keep flashing and shrinking and the
text is all over the place once I choose a product.

Without the page URL, I'm afraid I couldn't inspect the problem for you. I suggest you reaching out to SHopify support team first, if they can detect the problem comes from which app then you can contact them to fix it.

I am unable to contact Shopify support, that's why I wrote here. They do
not accept emails anymore to support@. When I go to 'Contact Support' it
just keeps directing me to this site:
https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/questions with no way to actually
contact them.

Even when I go to https://help.shopify.com/en and press 'Contact Support'
at the bottom it just keeps directing me to that site. And no chat either.
How fun.
