App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Please suggest us best app for below update
1-Need to Add Reviews & Rating snippet- Customer can rate us and can leave review product-wise.
2-Notify Email & SMS once Products is back in stock- Once the Product is Instock email & SMS should go to the customer who browses that particular product.
3- Sold out Products should be on the last page- Once the Product is out of stock, it should go to the last page on listing pages.
4-Need to add Tab or Form form our Personalised Products- We have around 10 Products where customer can leave MSG and we engrave the same on our Products.

I've got a few suggestions to share based on the requirements you have outlined here, both in terms of apps and other potential solutions.
For adding a customer review functionality to your store, you can use our own, free Product Reviews app.

In terms of your out-of-stock requirements (notifications and hiding), we do have plenty of apps that provide stock notification functionality as well as a number of apps that hide out-of-stock products.
I'm not personally familiar with the use of these apps specifically, so I would direct you to browse your options there, check out some user reviews and even reach out to the developers of some of your potential choices to confirm how their creations would work specifically.
You can use the contact info listed on the app store page to get support from that apps' developers.
Finally, for now, you mentioned wanting to have a way to allow your customers to leave some added info to your products.
