What add-on was used for this?

I am looking to build a cookie tin whereby customers would choose the size of the cookie tine, then choose the cookies they want to add.  I've looked at several different ones in the app store, but none of them are as clean as this one appears to be.  The best example I've found of this is here:

Does anyone know what add-on is being used to execute this?

I've looked at several that offer it, but nobody gets close to the cleanliness of this execution

The app I recommend for this is Easify Product Options! It’s perfect for creating a "build-your-own" experience, like the example you shared. You can set up size selections for the cookie tin and let customers pick their cookies while keeping the design clean and user-friendly. It’s easy to use and works seamlessly with your store.

First, you need to create your size variants in Shopify

In Easify app, to ensure your customers select exactly 6 cookies for the small size and 12 cookies for the big size, you need to create two image swatches for your cookies collection like this

Next, set the Quantity Selector for both image swatches to a maximum of 6 and 12, based on the size selection, and link them to the size variants using Conditional Logic in Advanced Settings. As a result, when you select a small-sized tin, the image swatch with a maximum of 6 will appear, requiring you to choose exactly 6 cookies from the collection
