What app allows customers to select their location on Shopify?

Hi,

I am searching for at specific app on Shopify, so my costumers can select their location. The app I am looking for is embeeded in the header and is working as a drop down. When you press it and it drops down, it looks like the photos attached. 

Do you know which app has this specific layout?
