What app can automatically display changing unit prices?

I want to show the unit price that change automatically by exchange rate aside from the set price. Any place is okay but below is example..

Does anyone know the appropriate app to show the unit price?

Hi,

I don't think there is an existing app for this feature, however it can be achieved by adding some code to the theme and using an exchange api.
