What app can handle cash on delivery post purchase?

Wich app work with cash on delivery (COD) in post purchase, because the normal apps like one clik upsell, is not able with (COD)

Someone know one app that work with COD - Post purchase.

But I say, that I need one app, that I can add post purchase upselling, I mean when people buy one item in the thank u page, offer upsells, but i use CASH on delivery/

The Quickform COD app from my initial response allows for post-purchase up sell. 

I have also found two more apps that enables you to do this post-purchase: Aftersell Post Purchase and OrderBump. Both of these apps are on the newer side but have high ratings as well as free trials for you to check out.

We are the developers of the app QuickForm and, reading the request from @Brayanzuluaga7 , our app would not meet their requirements because the post-purchase upsells feature in our app works only with our separate COD order form, not on the normal checkout.

Post-purchase checkout extensions are only available for prepaid payment methods, which is the reason why @Brayanzuluaga7 was not able to find any checkout-integrated app that works with the COD payment method.

My best suggestion for @Brayanzuluaga7 is to use an app that allows you to create post purchase upsells on the Thank You page, so you need to look for an app that is not integrated with the checkout using post-purchase checkout extensions.
