What app can I use for a gifted product section with free shipping?

Hi, 

I am looking for an app to add to our website as a section for brand ambassadors to be able to pick the products they want and place an 'order'. I wondered if there was a wholesale app we could use but i also want to be able to offer free shipping. 

Anyone used anything similar?

you are looking for a section which will contain the list of products which will be shown to the brand ambassador of your website?

More like a locked section of the website accessible to selected people so they can select items to receive for free as part of a PR package. So they can place their 'order' with 100% discount, get free shipping and then we send it out and and dont have to worry about inventory not being counted.

So this feature can be code in the theme.

You can create a global collection section with custom code visible to specific tagged users.

You will have to create a automatic discount for specific tagged users which will also allow them free shipping.
