What app can I use for store reviews instead of product reviews?

I am looking for App suggestions to feature Store Reviews. To be clear...I do not want Product Reviews, I want Store Reviews and I have been digging and searching and have not been able to locate an App like this. They are usually all tied to products, and if I can get them all on one page, I can't include a 'Write a Review' link on that page, they seem to all need to be embedded on the product.

I have the same product with different sizes and they have to be listed this way instead of one single product with variations. Therefore I want Store Reviews as a whole instead of Review on Products. Does anyone have suggestions on an App that can do this?
